Set SDK service or HTTP/HTTPS transmission protocol according to actual demands.
SDK Service: it supports sending task analysis results to configured address via SDK protocol.
HTTP/HTTPS Transmission Protocol: it supports sending task analysis results to configured
address via HTTP/HTTPS protocol. Task analysis task includes list alarm information, capture
information, and frequency alarm information.

5.3.4 Time Configuration
It is used to synchronize the server time with NTP server time, or synchronize it manually.

If you select NTP, you should obtain NTP server IP address and its port first.
