13.1

Why the client software cannot list the camera?

Reason

The camera is not started up normally, or incorrect USB cable connection.

Solution

Check the camera

’s

power wiring (observe camera indicator), and check USB cable connection.

13.2

Why connect the camera failed via the client software?

Reason

Incorrect installation of the MVS client software, or the USB3.0 driver is not installed successfully.

Solution

Install the MVS client software or the USB3.0 driver again.

13.3

Why the live view window is black?

Reason

Lens aperture is closed, or camera error occurs.

Solution

Remove aperture or restart the camera.

13.4

Why the camera cannot be triggered?

Reason

Incorrect trigger wiring, or the trigger mode is disabled.

Solution



Check if the camera

’s trigger mode and related trigger signal input are normal in the current

environment.



Check if the trigger wiring is correct or not under corresponding triggering mode.
