11.5 What can I do if I forget the login password? 

Solution 

Click Forget Password in login window to view the device serial No., and mail it to the technical 
support personnel to get the corresponding resetting file. After that, click Import to import the 
resetting file and reset the admin password. 

11.6 How to debug the device via the tool of image saving? 

Solution 

1.

 

Add the image saving tool, and set Image Source, Input Status, Save Mode, Picture Format 
and Image Saving according to actual demands. 

2.

 

Go to System → Image Saving, select images and import them to the test library. 

3.

 

In the test library, search and select images, and enable Image Test. The device will use the 
images you selected to run solutions. 

4.

 

Disable Image Test after debugging the device.
