Release the backrest cover press button (
V
) at the side and move
the diagonal belts under the cover. Pull down the backrest cover,
press the backrest cover button (
V
) and close the Velcro (
T
).
Make sure you guide the diagonal belt (
N
) through the belt guides.
Please do not twist the belts during this procedure. Lock the three-point
belt with the three-point belt buckle (
Q
), so that you can hear an audible
“click”
.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the web belt of the
three-point belt is neither twisted nor clamped.
Pull the seat cover up and open the Velcro.
Move the lap belt (
O
) under the cover.
Return to close the booster cover and close
Velcro (
U
). Now, put the seat cover down and close
the Velcro (
U
). Make sure that you move the
lap belt (
O
) through the belt guides (
5 and 6
).
Please do not twist the belts during this procedure.
Guide the diagonal belt (
N
) which is above the
back rest (
B
) through the red marked belt guide
hooks (
G
). Please do not twist the belts during
this procedure.
ATTENTION:
The belts must not be twisted or blocked.
The belt anchorage (
K
) must not be blocked either.
Please strictly follow the drawings and the installation instructions. In
case of any doubt contact your dealer, importer or manufacturer.
1.4.4. Tightening of the belt
To tighten the three-point-vehicle-belt fi rmly press one
of your knees on the child seat.
Then, pull the three-point belt (
N
) tightly in
the direction of the retracting mechanism.
Make sure that the lap belt also fi ts tightly.
Clamp the belt buckle in front of the
three-point belt lock (
Q
) to the lap belt.
The belts must not be twisted.
ATTENTION:
Make sure,
HEYNER® MultiProtect ERGO 3-D SP
is fi xed fi rmly with the car’s
three-point-vehicle-belt.
