– If the cooling coils of the evaporator are dirty,
condensate cannot drain off properly. The cool-
ing coils become quickly dirty when the device is
operated in a dusty environment.
– The electrical system must be checked regularly
for signs of damage.
– In order to work properly and safely, the device's
air filter must be regularly checked and cleaned.
– If the device is used for drying at construction
sites, it must be checked and cleaned after each
use; the air filter must be replaced at least once
a week.
Shutting down device
To clean and check the device, proceed as follows:
a) Press the ON/OFF button at the control panel.
The display is switched off.
b) Disconnect the power plug.
The device is switched off.
Cleaning device
a) Open the air intake grille by holding it by the
recess and remove it from the device.

b) Remove the filter and clean it in a warm soapy
bath. If there is only little dirt, cleaning the filter
with a vacuum cleaner is sufficient.
CAUTION! Wear protective gloves and res-
piratory protection.
If the filter is heavily contaminated, replace it
(seeList of wear and spare parts).

c) Remove the water tank and clean it.
d) Remove the cover. To do this, remove the two
screws on both sides of the tank and tilt the
cover by 30°.
e) Lift the cover from the tank.

f) Clean the evaporator surface with a soft brush
and/or a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.

g) After cleaning, reinstall the cover.
h) Replace the water tank in the device.
The device is cleaned.
Cleaning condenser/evaporator

The cover is removed.
a) Carefully spray the condenser/evaporator sur-
face and the fan blades with a soapy solution.
b) Carefully rinse the components, and in particu-
lar the fan blades, with fresh water.
WARNING! Ensure that the electrical compo-
nents do not come into contact with water.
The condenser/evaporator have been cleaned.

Maintenance of water tank
Checking float
✓
The device is switched on and runs in continu-
ous mode.
a) Remove the water tank.
The device must automatically switch off.
