A number of possible risks may arise when
operating your solid fuel fireplace with fuel of any
brand. The said risks can be minimised if the
instructions and recommendations included in this
manual are followed.
Below, we shall recommend some rules and advice
but, above all else, we recommend common
sense.
1.
Keep any flammable material (furniture,
curtains, clothes...) away from fireplace, at a
safety distance of at least 90 cm.
2.
Ash should be emptied into a metal container
and immediately removed from the house.
3.
Do not use flammable liquids to light the
fireplace. Keep any type of flammable liquid
(gasoline, alcohol,....) at a distance from the
cooker.
4.
Periodically inspect the chimney and clean
whenever necessary.
5.
Do not install near walls that are combustible
or that feature any type of lining that may be
damaged or deformed by high temperatures
(varnish, paint...).
6.
Protect your hands with a glove or other
insulating
material
because,
during
operation, the opening and closing handle will
be hot.

7.1. INSTALLATION

Ventilator
Install the ventilator in the preferred position
(see fig. 14 – page 72) using the screws
provided, if position 2 or 3 is chosen remove
the top and place it together with the fibre
joint in the window of position 1.
In both cases, previously installed in the
cowling vibration of 6x80 screw provided. Set
position by two nuts that accompany it, leaving
the set pressedhome against the cast iron side
as described in fig. “9izda”.
For any of the positions fan pinch NTC
temperature probe between the fan frame and
one of said fastening screws (recommended in
one of the upper screws, see fig. 9dcha).
