-The length of lifting chain
is out of adjustment.
-Adjust the lifting chain.

tilt or heavy on
handle and noisy
when tilting.
-The screw is damaged.
-The bearing is damaged.
-Turning axle is worn and
locked.
-Replace the screw.
-Replace the bearing.
-Replace the turning axle
and bushing.
