3. No sound is coming out of my
headphones or my speakers

In the djay settings, make sure that the
Split output
– Enable split output for pre-cueing with audio
adapter
option is enabled.

Make sure that the volume for your headphones
and your speakers is not set to zero.
4. My controller won’t power on

Make sure that the controller is properly connected
to the external battery* or to the USB cable for the
power adapter*.

Make sure that the external battery is charged.

If you are using an external battery, press the
external battery’s power button twice.
