6 Care, Cleaning and Maintenance
6.2.1 Disassembly
•
Disconnect feedline and pneumatic tube
and remove dispensing nozzle.
•
Disassemble Diaphragm valve (2 open
end wrenches size 17).
•
Carefully remove diaphragm

from shut
off valve

Note!
Do not use metal tools! For example use
small wooden spatulas or toothpicks.
When the insert is damaged product can
get in contact with the housing and cures.
•
Clean the ring groove.
