Note: Dur ing machine working,feeding roller appears the abnormal knocking,please check the feeding
roller whether is skewing (pay more attention the breaking-in period).If the feeding roller is skewing
indeed,should adjust it as following order:
1. Takedown the chain wheel of axis head first,then takedown the tile cover.
2. Now you can see the axis nut(4),breakdown the gasket(5),then rotate the axis nut(4) 3-5 circle(the
order is same).
3. Strike the axis nut by the hammer,until the nut is loosen.
4.
Adjust the left and right sides’spacing of feeding roller,then lock it under the opposite order.
5. Pour the oil into the bearing(6) again.
