CAUTION:
The siphon must be placed 50cm lower than the evaporator’s tub. Otherwise, the
depr
ession created by the fans might make the siphon’s water goes up in the tank of the
evaporator. Provide a minimum slope throughout the flow line.
3.5
Finishings
3.5.1
Interior of the equipment
Pose white stoppers of hooks on the whole of the machine to block all emerging.
Remove film of protection of the bottom.
Put a silicone joint on all the connections of the panels.
Mount the slides ways on the racks. The positioning of the slide ways is facilitated by reference marks on the racks
(oblong holes of the scale of frontage correspond to the oblong holes of the scale of back)
3.5.2
Adjustement of the doors (wickets)
Loosen the screw by the interior of the strike.
Return or bring out the Strike according to a tighter or less tight
adjustment of the joint of the doors.
CAUTION:
It is very significant, at the time of the first startup, check the good crushing of the
joint on the entourage of the doors. If after a few days of use a white frost appears on the
entourage of the doors, it is imperative to proceed to the re-tightening of the strike.
3.6
Step of first startup
3.6.1
Instructions for the first use
Control the voltage of the supply terminals: 400 V + n ground (depend of machine).
Control the oil level in the compressor.
Ensure that the fan blades turn freely by hand.
Energize.
Check the rotation direction of the motors
CAUTION:
Bad rotation direction of the Scroll compressor = very noisy operation = risk of imminent
breakage
After 24 hours, control the adjustment of the expansion valve, the gas load
Control the operation of the defrosting and control again the adjustments of the doors.
