4. OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Lift the press “C”, then use the button “E” to low-
er the bottom of the basin “B”.
2. Insert a disk in the basin, fill it with enough
ground food product (do not exceed basin capac-
ity) and cover it with another disk.
3. Lower the press and slightly press ground food
product with the press.
4. Lift the press and remove pressed food product.
NOTE: If it is the first time the appliance is used,
remove any protective linings and accurately
clean to remove any construction material resi-
due before starting it.
5. CLEANING
Use a damp cloth or sponge to accurately clean all
appliance parts (including surrounding areas) that
can come into direct or indirect contact with food
products to avoid the risk of contamination and
maintain hygiene.
Caution - Precaution
Only clean with food safe detergents. Never use
corrosive or flammable cleaning products or
products that contain substances harmful to hu-
man health.
6. WARRANTY
Any defect affecting the functionality of the ap-
pliance which becomes apparent within one year
after purchase will be repaired by free repair or re-
placement provided the appliance has been used
and maintained in accordance with the instructions
and has not been abused or misused in any way.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If the appli-
ance is claimed under warranty, state where and
when it was purchased and include proof of pur-
chase (e.g. receipt). In line with our policy of contin-
uous product development we reserve the right to
change the product, packaging and documentation
specifications without notice.
7. DISCARDING & ENVIRONMENT
At the end of the life of the appliance, please dis-
pose of the appliance according to the regulations
and guidelines applicable at the time. Throw pack-
ing materials like plastic and boxes in the appro-
priate containers
