2.1 SPECIFICATIONS

Ball bearing, ventilated in the body of the appliance.

Both within the digital control panel.
TRANSMISSION
High precision assembly. The gears are immer-
sed in special lubricant that guarantees long life.
Transmission gears are made of hardened steel.
Only ball bearings.
SPEEDS
The mixer supports 15 speeds, from 100 to 500 rpm.
SAFETY GUARD
Lifting the guard that protects the mixing bowl will
immediately cut off power to protect the operator.
3. INSTALLATION
BEFORE INSTALLING THE MIXER, CHECK THAT THE POWER SUPPLY IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PARA-
METERS ON THE MIXER NAMEPLATE.
POSITIONING
Place the appliance in its designed location. The
kitchen top should be on a fi rm, fl at surface. There
should be enough space around the mixer to freely
operate the appliance and install and remove the
mixing bowl.
CONNECTING TO THE MAINS
(mixers with power cord)
THE POWER CORD SUPPLIED WITH THE APPLI-
ANCE IS EQUIPPED WITH A THREE-PRONG PLUG
WITH GROUNDING. THE APPLIANCE SHOULD BE
CONNECTED TO A PROPERLY GROUNDED OUT-
LET. IF THE OUTLET IS NOT PROPERLY GROUND-
ED, CONTACT AN ELECTRICIAN.
