You can scroll up and down through the list using the arrows to the right of the list. 

Note the indicators on the items in the search results list. 

The POI list will be displayed in order of the distance away from your current location, 

along with a simple Compass Directional Indicator, and a POI Deviation Indicator. 

The indicators will be one of the following:

medium 

large deviation
