NOTICE!
To obtain the internal temperature of the body, always
use the „BODY“ mode. Please, make sure to select
„Sufrace temp“ mode for an external area reading.
Alarm
In BODY mode, if the temperature is lower than the set
value (default value is 38 ° C). The alarm beeps once. If the
temperature is higher than or equal to the alarm temperature
(default value is 38 ° C), the alarm beeps „DI“ 5 times. If the
temperature in SURFACE mode is higher than 60 ° C, HI will
appear on the display.
Selection of measurements in °C or °F
Turn on the thermometer, then press the °C/°F button and select
the desired measurement method in °C or °F.
ALARM ON / OFF
Turn on the thermometer, then press and hold both MODE +
°C/°F buttons for 3 seconds. The display shows „ON“ - the alarm
is on, OFF - the alarm is off. Press the °C/°F button to toggle
between ON and OFF and press the MODE button to confirm
the alarm on or off selection. To exit the setting, press the SCAN
button.
