Align door flush with cabinet
1. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws securing the hinge covers. Remove hinge covers and set screws and
hinge covers aside.
2. Hold a straight-edge (ruler) on the side of the freezer, spanning the door and cabinet, adjacent to the hinge being adjusted.
3.
Using a #20 Torx driver, tighten or loosen the adjustment screw (in the hinge) until the right edge of the door is flush with the
right side of the cabinet.
4. While holding the adjustment screw with a #20 Torx driver, tighten the jam nut with a 1/2” box wrench.
5. Reinstall hinge covers on the hinge.
6. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, reinstall the screws securing the hinge covers.

Verify door is aligned flush with side of cabinet.
5.6 Casters
If a caster is bent or broken, it can be replaced. Contact Helmer Technical Service to order a Caster service kit. Follow instructions for
replacement included with the service kit.
