19. Error messages (Expert)
• The UVC pipe is monitored continuously. A failure is de-
tected automatically. The UVC pipe should be changed
by the expert/service department every two years. Only
original UVC pipes should be used. In case replica com-
ponents are used, the warranty extinguishes and a gua-
rantee of function cannot be provided.
• Fault rectification only by the expert

19.1 DEFECTIVE UVC PIPE! (EXPERT)
UVC-Röhre defekt!
• During operation the UV radiation decreases continuous-
ly. As soon as the radiant power drops below 20% of the
calibrated value, this fault message is displayed (see ad-
jacent image).
• Fault rectification only by the expert:
Open the device under observance of the safety measu-
res and remove deposits in the tank, on the rotor, on the
UVC pipe etc. using descaling agent and then rinse them
with water
(see section 20. Maintenance)

19.2 WEAK UVC PIPE! (EXPERT)
UVC-Röhre schwach!
• If the floating switch actuates during the water replace-
ment, the existing water cannot be drained.
• Fault rectification only by the expert:
Check the pump, outlet and floating switch.
19.3 DEFECTIVE PUMP, OUTLET! (EXPERT)

In the case of error messages, an alarm
sounds which can be deactivated by
pressing or turning the
<Scroll wheel>
.
The error messages are shown in the
display. After each error message (with
the exception of
Service
and
Filter
change
), the water is drained and the
air humidification unit is switched off.
The error messages can be deleted by
pressing the “
Back
” button for
3 seconds
or in the
Service
menu under the
Delete
Fault Yes<
item. After that, the air hu-
midification unit re-enters the operating
mode.
The expert/service department should
be informed in case of error messages.
• If the relative humidity exceeds the reference value by
25% for a period of 25 hours, the water is drained and
the unit switches off.
• Fault rectification only by the expert:
Check the inlet value and integrated humidity sensor.
