16. Press the "MOD" key.
17. Press the "UPDATE DATA" soft key.
18. Convert the data from ASCII to BINARY format (press the corresponding soft key).
Load the associated service pack:
19. Press the "SP -> iTNC" soft key.

20. In the upper part of the window, place the cursor on the C partition of the hard disk.
21. Open the directory tree by pressing "+/-".
22. Open the directory C:\Program Files\NCSW\...
23. Place the cursor on the folder "340492_001_SP2" (or "340493_001_SP2").
24. Press the "ENT" key.

The file "340492.001 SP2" (or "340493.001 SP2") is shown in the lower part
of the window.
25. Press the "FILES" soft key.

The cursor jumps to the lower part of the window.
26. Press the "SELECT" soft key.

The service pack is copied from the C partition to the
SYS partition and installed then.
27. Check whether the NC software version "340492 01 SP2" (or "340493 01 SP2") is correct
