Installation

1. Ensure 

fi

 replace is turned off and glass is cool to the 

touch before beginning installation. .Remove back row 
and sides of 1/4 inch sheet metal screws from base 
pan as shown in Figure 9.  The screws will be located 
either on top of or underneath the mesh.  If underneath 
mesh, lift mesh screen up and remove for access to 
screw heads.  Discard mesh.

2.  Remove pilot shield as shown in Figure 10. Discard.

3.  Measure granite pieces to ensure you are installing them 

in the correct orientation.  Install back panel pieces

See Figure 11.  These pieces are wider than they are 
tall.  Install so the side measuring 19-13/16 inches is 
the width.  Pieces should be installed left to right.  Place 
granite into 

fi

 rebox, bottom side 

fi

 rst. Tilt the top away 

from you, placing it into position.  Secure each piece 
individually as it is placed into position to keep it from 
falling while the next piece is placed.
