Remove the pilot assembly by disconnecting all
the leads from the valve leading to the pilot. The leads
may be cut as a new pilot assembly is supplied in the kit.

Disconnect thermocouple, thermopile and pilot
line from the valve.

Remove the pilot bracket and pilot from the appli-
ance and discard the screws. Install the new pilot and
pilot bracket using screws from the kit.

Seal around the pilot and thermocouple, ensuring
the sealant penetrates through the bottom of the appli-
ance.

Bend hand-bends to form bulkhead retainer to
shape, and install in the appliance. (This will replace the
old right hand burner bracket.)

Bulkhead retainer attaches to the appliance
bottom as well as to the pilot bracket, as indicated.
NOTE: An NG pilot is provided. An LP orifice is
included for conversion, if necessary.
