to learn how many calories there are in the
food you eat. For example, a 3.5 oz cookie
can have up to 500 calories, and a single
waffle with toppings can contain up to 1000
calories!
Wearing GoBe is a great way to understand
more about how many calories you’re actually
consuming throughout the day.

GoBe combines accelerometer data with con-
tinuous heart rate monitoring to precisely cal-
culate calorie burn and metabolic rate during
any activity—jogging, swimming, cycling,
weight training, and more.

GoBe helps you accurately keep track of your
water balance on a daily basis and determine
your personal required daily water intake.

The body manager accurately measures the
calories you get from fluids. (Such as soda,
juice, or alcohol.) At this stage, it doesn’t au-
tomatically measure your intake of plain water.
When you drink plain water, please tap the
glasses in Hydration menu. This allows you to
track how much water you’re drinking. Re-
member that hydration depends on multiple
factors, including activity and food intake.

Please don’t compare the data you get
from GoBe with other fitness trackers (except
Polar chest strap). To get a better sense of
how accurately GoBe measures heart rate,
please compare your body manager’s data to
a medical-grade pulsometer.

Keep in mind that GoBe adapts to your
body. Heart rate measurements will be more
accurate several minutes after your start
wearing it.
