3) Input LDW0; LWT1000000; NOV1000000; COF3;
The password must be set for this, see command description AD105C.
4) Query MSV?;
and note the value delivered as the answer
5) Input: LDW(noted value); LWT(noted value + Span);
The password must be set for this, see command description AD105C.
Example:
Four transducers with R
LC
= 350
Ω
, C
n
= 1.9mV/V, value for initial load =
123000.
1) R
x
= 4
@
200 + 350 = 1150
2) Span =
1000000
S
1.9 mV/V
2 mV/V
350
1150
S
= 289130
3) and 4) as described above (result in example, initial load = 123000)
5) Input: LDW 123000; LWT 412130;
Result:
The measured value 0 is output for the unloaded scale. The value 1000000
(or NOV) then corresponds to a load with the sum of initial load and maximum
capacity of all transducers.
Simplified procedure:
If the scale has to be tared before each measurement in operation, the initial
load can be disregarded. LDW is then left at the value 0, the ”Span” is used
as calculated above for LWT.
Result: The value 1000000 (or NOV) is output when the total weight (including
initial load) is equivalent to the sum of the transducer maximum capacities.
