Unplug power to the AquaConnect for at least 2
minutes then plug it back in. This will power cycle the
ACHN. Test the App/web functionality again. IF
problem still persists, proceed to step 4C.

terminating the App or refreshing the browser does not
correct the problem, go to 4B.
