ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The above listed components are shown in FIG. 1
1) Insert the lower section of the handle into the slot in the unit as shown
in the picture.
2) Turn the toggle screws to secure it in place.

1) Position the upper and lower handle sections as shown and insert the
quick release bolt through the tube holes.
2) Apply the toggle nuts and tighten gently.
3) Close the quick release lever in the direction of the arrow.
4) Clip the cable into the cable clamps (10).
