LUBRICATION
STEP 9 : Detach the Motor Belt-pulley and front roller.
STEP 10 : Detach the belt and the deck by pushing toward
back.
Assembling is in reverse order

WARNING
Put the oil through injection hole at speed 1 km/h.
If treadmill runs at high speed, oil will get out of belt. Lack of oil is a cause of breakage.
Machine breakage due to usage of different oil will be responsible for user.
1. Step: Lift running belt,
Oiling between running belt and running board in both sides
of treadmill with our company’s oiling machine.
2. Step: Turn on the machine on the speed of 4km/h for 5
minutes to make the oil distribute equably.
OIL INJECTION TIME

Generally it is necessary to inject oil once a month, but it
should be check out occasionally and inject oil if necessary.
•
Oil should be injected if belt does not move smoothly at
the beginning or if there is friction on belt.
