b. Remove the self-adhesive gel pads from the pack. Peel off the side of plastic film that
has print on it
(as shown in picture II, III)
c. Stick the gel pads onto the black rubber pads on the back of the StopSnoring Advance
(as shown in picture IV). Press in a circular motion to ensure better adhesion, and wait
for
15 minutes (as shown in picture V)
. After 15 minutes slowly peel away the plastic
film before use
