Deactivating the e-bike
• To switch off the e-bike, push and hold the button on the
control unit for 3 seconds (see
figure B-4
).

• Read the charge level on the rechargeable battery indicator
(see
figure B-5
).
1 LED is illuminated: Charge level of 1 to 20 %
2 LEDs illuminate:
Charge level of 21 to 40 %
3 LEDs illuminate:
Charge level of 41 to 60 %
4 LEDs illuminate:
Charge level of 61 to 80 %
5 LEDs illuminate:
Charge level of 81 to 100 %
If no LED is illuminated, the rechargeable battery charge for the
drive has been used up. The drive will be deactivated.
Setting the level of assistance
1. Push the
+
(plus) or
–
(minus) button on the control unit
to adjust the level of assistance (see
figure B-4
).
2. Select one of the following levels:
Level 1:
Reduced, energy-saving assistance to maximise the
range.
Level 2:
Reduced level of assistance.
Level 3:
Setting for level routes (see
figure B-5
).
Level 4:
High level of assistance.
Level 5:
Maximum assistance for cycling up slopes or with
a heavy load.
