Rechargeable battery
Removing the rechargeable battery
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
The electronic system could be damaged.
• Always switch off the e-bike before you take the
rechargeable battery out of the holder.
1. Switch the e-bike off (see chapter “Operation » E-bike
» Deactivating the e-bike”).
2. Insert the key in the lock (see
figure B-1
, left).
3. Firmly hold the rechargeable battery in your hand.
4. Unlock the lock.
5. Carefully pull the rechargeable battery out of the recharge-
able battery holder (see
figure B-1
, right).

Inserting the rechargeable battery
1. Insert the key in the lock (see
figure B-1
, left).
2. Unlock the lock.
3. To insert the rechargeable battery, carefully push it into the
rechargeable battery holder at an angle from above
(see
figure B-1
, right).
• Push the rechargeable battery in until it noticeably and
audibly locks into place.
4. Turn the key to the right and pull the key out of the lock.
