The generator running normally, when press “STOP/RESET” key for a
while in “MAN” mode, the controller begin cooling delay to stop as the
Auto stop. Press the “STOP/RESET” key again for a while will disconnect
the fuel valve, and the generator sets stop.

time begin, the LCD display:
STOP

When the stop failed time beyond, the engine still run, the controller will
send an alarm, the LCD will display:
ALARM:
STOP FAILURE
The engine stop slowly during the

permission time, and the LCD
display:
READY
5.7
The oil electromagnetic valve is the start running and stop process of the generator of normal open
type.( Different from normal closed type).
Start control process
:
When start running, oil relay of the controller take no action, no power in the oil electromagnetic valve, namely the oil
electromagnetic magnet take no action.
Stop control process
:
The control at the begging of the stop control process output oil electromagnetic valve source, oil electromagnetic
valve action, the engine begin to stop. Then powered down after for the delay according to the
fail to start
delay setting.
Other control process is the same to the engine of normal closed oil electromagnetic valve.

Idle and Hotstart function
Select Idle or Hotstart according to the “IDLE DELAY setting”. While set to above 0, the Idle delay is selected, and
set to 0 to release Idle delay and to select Hotstart function. The operating principle is: when Ready for Idle (READY status),
the Idle relay open. The controller runs the start procedure. The start delay timeout, the fuel relay active while the idle delay
active at the same time. The start motor open after started, the Idle delay begin to count down. When timeout, the idle relay
open, and the safety-on delay begin. While each parameter in normal after timeout, the unit starts to run. When delay for
stop begin, the Idle delay active until finish stop. When Ready for Hotstart function (READY status), the Hotstart relay
open, the start delay begins, the Hotstart relay active at the same time. When the start delay time to prepare for cranking, the
Hotstart relay open, the fuel relay active. Then cranking succeeds and generator set run in normal state. The Hotstart relay
take no action while delay for stop.
