CHECK BOTH HEADREST LEVERS
TO ENSURE THEY ARE FULLY
ENGAGED. MANUALLY PUSH EACH
LEVER TOWARDS THE FRONT OF
THE BOOSTER TO ENSURE THEY
HAVE FULLY RETRACTED/LOCKED
INTO THE LEVER GUIDE ❷.

ENSURE THAT THE HEADREST FABRIC DOES NOT
INHIBIT HEADREST FROM FULLY OPENING.
2. To refold the headrest, squeeze each headrest lever
and gently fold headrest flat.
3. Store folded headrest inside folded backrest for easy
transport.
INSTALLING/REMOVING HEADREST
1. Ensure that the headrest (both
sides) and backrest are locked in
the open position, and that they
are both facing the same direction.
2. Insert the rectangular extension
of the headrest into the opening
at the top of the backrest ❶.
3. While squeezing the headrest
height adjustment handle (found
on the back of the headrest), push
down on the headrest until it is
fully inserted to its lowest position
in the backrest.
4. Tuck headrest fabric under backrest fabric.
5. To remove headrest:
WHILE LIFTING THE LOCKING

simultaneously
squeeze
the
headrest
height
adjustment
handle while pulling headrest up
and out of backrest.
