B1140 Winch

Winches must undergo careful maintenance at the beginning and end of each season of sailing/racing. Moreover they must
undergo complete maintenance, cleaning and lubrification every twelve months. They must also be washed with fresh
water frequently, and in any case after being used.
WARNING!:
Lack of adeguate maintenance shortens the life of the winch and may cause serious
accidents and invalidate the winch warranty.
If for any reason you cannot carry out this maintenance, e-mail the Harken Italy Tech Service
. They
will provide you with the Special Project Team list of authorised technicians who can do a professional job on your
equipment. Our technicians will carry out the maintenance in a competent and professional manner.
