INSTALLATION

NATURAL GAS

1.  Place the Firepit Burner System on a level surface.
2.  Go to page 2 of the instructions and review the boxed
area for proper clearance guidelines.
3.  Replace the LP gas orifice with the Natural Gas orifice
included in the kit. (See Figure 3)
4.  When replacing the burner orifice rotate the air shutter
so that it is in the full closed position.  See Figure 3)
5.  Connect the incoming gas supply line (not supplied in
the kit) to the on/off gas valve (JCA) on the firepit burner
system.
6.  Make sure all gas connections are tight, turn the on/off
valve at the unit slowly to the on position and use soap
and water to test for leaks.
7.  Proceed with log and cinder installation.
8.  Once log installation is complete slowly turn the on/off
gas valve to the on position while a lit match is at the gas
opening of the burner system.

To replace the orifice unscrew the brass fitting from
the air shutter.  The LP orifice can then be removed
and the NG orifice can be installed.  Re-attach the
Brass Fitting into the air shutter.  Once attached,
