ASSEMBLY
1. Fasten the sheet metal folder on the
workbench with screws (sold separately).
2. Fit the handles on the tool brackets.
USE
Intended use
The sheet metal folder is intended for bending
sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 0.6
mm, up to an angle of 130°.
WARNING!
Do not attempt to bend sheet metal that is
thicker than the maximum permitted thickness
for the tool.
HOW TO USE
1. Lower the handles so that the adjustable
jaw is parallel to the surface.
2. Place the workpiece on the support plate
and the adjustable jaw so that the edge to
be bent is in line with the back edge of the
support plate.
3. Press the press jaw against the support
plate so that the edge of the press jaw is
in line with the back edge of the support
plate.
4. Bring up the two handles to bend the
sheet.
WARNING!
Keep your hands away from the support plate
and the adjustable jaw – risk of pinch injuries.
MAINTENANCE
• Always check before use that the jaws are
free from dirt and grease.
• Keep the moving parts on the sheet metal
folder well lubricated.
• Store the tool in a dry place and out of the
reach of children.
