Before using this product, carefully check that  it

will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and
any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn
parts immediately.

REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES.  

When servicing, use only identical

replacement parts.

WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES

 (Must comply with ANSI) at all times when assembling

this product.

USE EXTREME CAUTION,

 gently sit on Glider Bench. Falling into the Glider Bench

could result in personal injury and damage to the Glider Bench.

7.

TO AVOID DANGER OF SUFFOCATIONS

, keep the enclosed packaging bag away

from small children. Do not  use bag in cribs, carriages or playpens.

8.

REMOVE ALL PLASTIC FASTENERS AND TAGS

 that do not belong attached on the

unit. They are part of packaging and should be discarded away from small children.
