Align slotted holes in switch housing (D) over loosened screws in
fitter plate and twist switch housing (D) to lock. Re-install screw that
was removed in Step 5 on the previous page, and then tighten all

Connect

Loosen three screws on switch housing (D) and remove the other
screw. Align red dot on light kit fitter (J) with red dot on switch
housing (D). Guide pull chain from switch housing (D) through pull
chain hole on light kit fitter (J), and then twist light kit fitter (J) to lock it
in place. Re-insert screw that was just removed and tighten all four
screws to secure light kit fitter (J). [Fig. 8]
Remove finial (X), shade plate (W) and shade screw (V) from light kit
fitter (J). [Fig. 8]

Install three 40 watt max. candelabra base bulbs (not included);
size CA8 is recommended. [Fig. 9]
Important:
When replacing bulbs, allow bulb(s) and glass shade (K)
to cool before touching them.

Align hole in middle of glass shade (K) with threaded rod on light
kit fitter (J), allowing other pull chain to come through hole on the
side, and push up gently on glass shade (K) until threaded rod comes
through hole. Screw shade screw (V) onto threaded rod until raised
part in center of shade screw (V) fits snugly into hole in glass shade
(K). Align pull chains with corresponding holes in shade plate (W),
and then push up on shade plate (W) allowing threaded rod to come
through hole in middle of shade plate (W). Thread center pull chain
through hole in finial (X). Tighten finial (X) to secure glass shade (K)
to light kit fitter (J). [Fig. 10]

Pull chain extensions (U) supplied in one of the hardware packs
or custom pull chain extensions may be attached to fan and light pull
chains. [Fig. 11]
NOTE:
This fan is remote control adaptable (remote control not
included.)
