ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

9. Remove the hanger ball portion from the
    downrod assembly (C) by loosening the 
    preassembled set screw in the hanger ball 
    until the ball falls freely down the downrod.
    Remove the preassembled pin from the 
    downrod, then remove the hanger ball. Retain 
    the pin and hanger ball for later use.

8. Remove the preassembled hairpin clip and 
    clevis pin from the bottom of downrod 
    assembly (C). Retain for later use.
   
    

Note

: Make sure to keep loose hardware 

    separate to avoid confusion during installation.

7. Re-assemble the upper housing cover and 
    motor coupler washer to the motor. Secure 
    with six screws previously removed in Step 3, 
    page 6.
