In GATed burst mode, the output waveform is on or off, based on the signal at the rear-panel

connector. Select this signal's polarity using

. When the gate signal is true, the instrument outputs a continuous
waveform.
GATed: burst count, burst period, and trigger source are ignored (these are used for the
