Damage
If any damage occurs during operation and makes it impossible to continue work safely, work must be stopped
and the defect must be corrected.
The correction of small defects, such as for example the replacement of fuses, can quickly be carried out on-site
if the appropriate spare part is available, but must only be performed by a trained service technician. Please
note that the equipment must be switched off to do so.
The equipment must be switched off and the emergency stop button must be pressed prior to any work on
electrical components. Then, disconnect the equipment from the power supply.
Possible problems and solutions
Note: Repair work must be performed only by trained service technicians that are qualified for this
work.

- Switch for lifting is defective
- Power cable is not connected
- Emergency stop button pressed
- Safety edge triggered
- Replace fuses
- Connect cables
- Replace motor
- Replace switch
- Connect power cable
- Release emergency stop
button
- Carry out a short lifting
operation to release security
lock
2
Tabletop no longer lifts up
(motor is running)
- No / too little hydraulic oil in the
equipment
- Dirty oil in the equipment
- Load too heavy
- Lowering valve no longer closes
- Hydraulic pump does not work
- Reversed phase of mains voltage
- Refill oil
- Change oil
- Check weight of the load
- Clean/replace
- Check pump
- Test phase scheme of the
socket
3
Motor not running
- Voltage too low
- Loose cable connection
- Check mains voltage
- Tighten cables
4
Tabletop can not be lowered
- defective cable / motor / contacts
- Lowering valve set incorrectly
- Replace defective parts
- Replace / adjust valve
5
Oil - leakage
- Seals hardened / perished
- Hydraulic oil level too high
- Replace seals
- Drain hydraulic oil
Warning
Never work on lines that are under pressure.
Instruction
Under no circumstances should work be carried
out on the hydraulic system as long as any
pressure remains in the hydraulic lines. Non-
compliance can cause serious accidents.
Warning
Never work on equipment which may be connected to a power supply. Make sure that the power supply of
the equipment is unplugged and secured against accidental switch-on, prior to any work taking place.
