Dishwasher operation
Extra drying
This option produces an improved drying
result.
It is only available for programmes ,
and and must be turned on or off before
the programme starts.
• To switch the option
– on, press the button (9).
The LED (4) will light up.
– off, press the button again. The LED will
go out.
Half load
Please select the “Half load” option if you
wish to operate the dishwasher with a half
load or with fewer than 6 place settings. This
additional option reduces water and power
consumption.
The option cannot be combined with the
short programme
and must be turned on
or off before the programme starts.
• To switch the option

will light up.
– off, press the button again. The LED will
go out.
Starting the dishwashing
programme
1. Close the door of the appliance.
If you
– have not set up a start delay, the pro-
gramme cycle will begin after a few sec-
onds.
– have set up a start delay, the display will
still show the start delay duration; the
dots between
H
and the number of hours
will flash. After the start delay runs out,
the programme will start.
During the programme, the display
will show the time remaining; the dots
between the hours and minutes will
flash.
At the end of the programme cycle, an
acoustic signal will sound 8 times and the
display will show
end
.
2. Turn the tap off.
3. Wait a little while before unloading the
dishwasher.
Unloading the dishwasher
CAUTION!
Risk of scalding!
When you open the dishwasher door,
hot steam will come out.
■
Maintain a suffi cient distance from
the door and do not hold your head
or upper body directly above the
open door.
■
Make sure that children do not open
the door if the programme has only
fi nished a short time ago.
■
Only open the door slightly to allow
the steam to escape more easily.
■
Allow the dishes to cool down a little
before emptying.
