You ideally need 2 fridge/freezer thermom-
eters to be able to control the refrigeration
output.
Place one in the fridge compartment and one
in the freezer compartment. The correct tem-
perature in the fridge compartment is +6 °C.
The ideal storage temperature in the freezer
compartment is –18 °C.
Glass and door shelves
The upper glass shelf (5) and the door com-
partments (2) can be taken out and reposi-
tioned if necessary.
1. Lift up and remove the shelf/door com-
partment.
2. Insert the shelf/door compartment from
above into the new position.

may cause ignitable gas-air mixtures

containers in the refrigerator, so that
it is not in contact with or drip onto
other food.
■
Two-star frozen-food compartments
are suitable for storing pre-frozen
food, storing or making ice-cream
and making ice cubes.
■
One-, two- and three-star compart-
ments are not suitable for the free-
zing of fresh food.
■
If the refrigerating appliance is left
empty for long periods, switch off,
defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door
open to prevent mould developing
within the appliance.
