– look on the website of your water provider.

macy.

1. Obtain the appropriate setting from the
table above.
2. Open the appliance door.
Adjusting the water hardness level
Do not allow more than 1 minute to elapse
between the following steps, otherwise the
setting process will be interrupted.

1. Open the appliance door and switch the
dishwasher off using the button (7) .
The LED (6) illuminates.

2. Press and hold the
button (12) for as
long as required until the display shows
the current water hardness (
H1
to
H6
).
3. Press the
button (12) as often as re-
quired until the desired setting is displayed.
4. Switch the dishwasher off using the
button (7) .
The hardness level setting is saved.
Test run
It is recommended that you carry out a test
run before the first dishwasher cycle in order
to remove residues from the manufacturing
process and in order to ensure that the appli-
ance functions perfectly.
If no water escapes during the test run and if
there are no unusual noises, the appliance is
ready to use.
Carry out this test run when the dishwasher is
empty and without any dishwasher detergent.
