Troubleshooting table
Problems with operation
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The dishwasher can-
not be switched on.
The mains plug has not
been inserted into a socket.
Insert the mains plug into the socket.
There is no voltage being
supplied through the socket.
Check the fuse. Check the socket by
connecting another device.
The selected dish-
washing
programme will not
start or it stops.
The dishwasher’s door is
not closed properly.
Close the dishwasher door.
The water tap has not been
turned on properly.
Turn the water tap on completely.
The inlet hose is defective. Contact our service team (see
page EN-38).
There is a risk of overflowing.
The electrical water stop
system has been activated.
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean
there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you
can correct the malfunction.

Conducting improper repairs to the
dishwasher puts the person carrying
out the repairs and the user in danger.
Only authorised specialists may repair
the dishwasher. If in doubt, contact our
service department (see page EN-38).
Only carry out the actions which are de-
scribed in this user manual.
Never repair defective dishwashers – or
dishwashers which you presume to be
defective – yourself. You can endanger
yourself and subsequent users.

Improper handling of the dishwasher
can lead to property damage and to
damage to the dishwasher.
If water overfl ows, switch off the water
supply immediately and then contact
the service team (see page EN-38).
If the water has overfl owed, remove
any water standing in the dishwasher
before restarting a dishwashing pro-
gramme.
