Improper handling of the ap-
pliance may cause it to be-

Set up the appliance on an
easily accessible, level, dry
and suffi ciently stable work
surface.
■
Do not place the appliance
on the edge of the work sur-
face.
■
Never run the appliance
when it is empty.
■
Always keep the lid closed
when the appliance is run-
ning. Only open the lid
when the blades have come
to a complete stop.
■
The appliance is suitable
for short operation. Allow
to run for a maximum of 3
minutes without interrup-
tion, then leave to cool for
30 minutes.
■
Do not attempt to knead
dough or puree potatoes.
■
Never place the appliance
on or near hot surfaces
(hotplates, etc.).
■
Ensure that the mains cord
does not come into contact
with hot parts.
■
Never expose the appliance
to high temperatures (heat-
ing, etc.) or weather condi-
tions (rain, etc.). Never add
liquid to the motor block of
the appliance.
■
Never attempt to clean
the motor block of the ap-
pliance by immersing it
in water and do not use a
steam cleaner to clean it.
This could damage the ap-
pliance.
■
Never put the motor block
of the appliance in the dish-
washer.
■
Non-slip suction feet can
be found on the bottom of
the appliance. Since furni-
ture or fl oor surfaces are
made of various materials
and are treated with a wide
range of care products,
