The cover (11) for the fruit/vegetable dra-
wer (7) is equipped with a knob (31) for cont-
rolling humidity.
– Turning the knob to the left closes off the
airflow between the fruit/vegetable dra-
wer (7) and the appliance’s interior.
– Turning the knob clockwise opens up the
airflow between the fruit/vegetable dra-
wer (7) and the appliance’s interior. This will
allow air to circulate.

• To close off the airflow between the fruit/
vegetable drawer (7) and the appliance’s
interior, turn the knob (31) to the left.
Fresh fruit and vegetables can be stored for
a longer period if airflow is restricted bet-
ween the fruit/vegetable drawer (7) and the
appliance’s interior.

• If the fruit/vegetable drawer (7) is fully
filled, turn the knob (31) to the left. This
will regulate the air and humidity inside
the fruit/vegetable drawer and prolong the
shelf life of food.
• If you see condensation on the cover (11)
of the fruit/vegetable drawer (7), turn the
knob (31) to the right.

This means that you can use the fresh food
drawer (5) to store fresh meat, game, poultry
or raw fish that you intend to consume soon
