Never leave the built-in oven unat-
tended while grilling.
■
Do not cover cakes or roasts being
cooked in the built-in oven with bak-
ing parchment.
■
Do not allow food, baking parchment
and aluminium foil to come into con-
tact with the heating elements.
■
Do not store temperature-sensitive,
combustible or fl ammable objects in
the built-in oven.
■
Do not leave the built-in oven unat-
tended while cooking food in oil and
grease or with alcohol. Food may ig-
nite of its own accord.
■
Only use temperature sensors recom-
mended for this built-in oven.
Pausing/ending operation
You can briefly pause or end the current
operation in any heating method with the
button (17) :

– Press the button
(17) once to pause
operation: the heating is switched off, the
coupling fan continues to run - depending
on temperature. The displays for tempera-
ture and cooking time blink.
– Touch the button (16) to continue op-
eration.
– Touch the button (17) twice to end the
operation and switch the built-in oven off.
Switching off the built-in oven

• To switch off the built-in oven, press the
button (17) twice. After switching off,
the oven lamp goes off and the time is
displayed.
