The timer
Overview

Setting the current time
After connecting to the mains or after switch-
ing the appliance back on after a power fail-
ure, the digits
0.00
will flash on the display.
• Press and hold the OK button (or the
< / > buttons at the same time) until the
symbol appears on the display and the
dot below the symbol flashes.
• Use the < / > buttons to set the current
time within 7 seconds.
Approx. 7 seconds after the time is set, the
new information is saved and the dot below
the symbol stops flashing.
You can correct the time later by pressing the
< / > buttons at the same time. The current
time can be corrected while the dot under the
symbol is flashing.
The oven can be switched on only if the
symbol is shown on the display.
Timer
The timer can be activated at any time, re-
gardless of the operating status of the other
functions. The timer can be set to measure
from 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes.
Setting the timer:
• When the OK button is pushed, the
symbol flashes on the display.
• You can now set the measurement time
using the < / > buttons.
The display shows the timer’s set time
and the active function .
After the set time has elapsed, an acous-
tic signal sounds and the symbol flash-
es.
• Press and hold the < / > button or OK
button to deactivate the acoustic signal.
The symbol disappears and after about
7 seconds the display again shows the
current time.
If not manually deactivated, the acous-
tic signal will stop automatically after
approx. 7 seconds.
Semi-automatic mode
If you wish the oven to switch off at a specific
time, the following settings must be carried
out:
• Set the function selector switch (12) and
the temperature switch (14) to the desired
positions.
• Press and hold the OK button until
dur
briefly appears on the display and the
symbol begins flashing.
• Then use the < / > buttons to set the de-
sired operating time (anywhere from 1
minute to 10 hours).
The set time is saved within approx. 7 sec-
onds, and the current time again appears on
the display while the symbol remains on.
