Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean there is a
defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you can correct the
malfunction.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock in case of improper repair!
Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users’ lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to
carry out this repair work.
Problem
Possible solutions/tips
Cooking zones do not
work.
The power supply has been interrupted. Check the fuse for the stove
in the fuse box in the apartment. In case of doubt, connect our Ser-
vice Centre (see page EN-27).
Fissures or cracks in the
hob.
Switch all cooking zones off immediately and cease to use the appli-
ance. Contact our Service team (see page EN-27).
Oven light (8) goes out. The oven temperature has been reached. The light switches on
again automatically when the temperature drops.
Oven light (8) does not
illuminate.
First check that the appliance is still working (see above). If the light is
defective, have it replaced by our Service team only; see page EN-27).
Oven light defective.
Replace the defective bulb for the oven light; see page EN-21. Note:
Defective bulbs do not fall under our warranty.
The cross-flow fan is not
working; no air released
from under the cover.
Cover is very hot.
Stainless steel model only 5022CE3.313eEDJXv:
Switch on the oven lighting only – if there is no fan noise and air is
being released, the fan is defective.

The cross-flow fan con-
tinues to run.
No error. The cross-flow fan continues to run for a while and then
switches off automatically.
