Mains plug is not sitting prop-
erly in the socket or is not
plugged in.
Plug it into the socket properly.
Socket has no voltage.
Check fuse; switch on if necessary.
Fuse is not intact.
Replace fuse.
Wash cycle does
not start.
No wash cycle set.
Select the desired wash cycle using the
cycle selector (2).
Door is not closed properly.
Properly close the door (must hear it
“snap” shut).
Cycle was not started.
Press the “Start/Pause” (9) button.
Appliance is not re-
ceiving water.
Valve is closed.
Open valve.

There is a kink in the water in-
let hose.
Check water inlet hose; dismantle if
necessary and re-align.

Outlet hose is clogged or bent. Check outlet hose; dismantle if neces-

tighter.

Properly close the lint trap (see

Appliance is un-
steady or vibrating
strongly.
Transport security device(s)
wasn’t/weren’t removed.
Remove transport safety device(s).
Appliance was not installed or
aligned properly.
Install or align appliance properly.
The laundry in the drum is
heavy or distributed unevenly.
Stop washing and restart to distribute
the laundry more evenly.
Spin cycle is not
running or is slow.
The imbalance correction sys-
tem for imbalanced drum loads
is running.
No error. Once the laundry is distributed
evenly, the spin cycle starts automati-
cally.
