Washing
Before getting started
• Read the “Safety” chapter from page EN-4,
in particular the safety notices.
• Remove the transport safety devices
and prepare the appliance as described
in chapter “Set up and connection” on
page EN-25.
• Properly attach the water inlet hose and
the water outlet hose (17).

1. Select the desired wash cycle using the
cycle selector (2).
2. Make changes if necessary:
– To adjust the
water temperature
, press
the “Temp.” button (4) repeatedly until
the desired value is shown in the dis-
play (3).
– To adjust the
spin speed
, press the
“Spin” button (5) repeatedly until the de-
sired value is shown in the display (3).
3. If necessary, select additional options:
– To add
prewash
, select the Prewash
button (7).
The “Prewash” indicator (12) will now
flash under the button.
– To add
anti-crease
, select the “An-
ti-crease” button (8).
The
“Anti-crease” indicator (11) will
now flash under the button. This function
reduces the spin speed during the final
spin cycle so that your laundry does not
wrinkle as much.
Not every cycle has all the adjustment
options and additional options availa-
ble (see page EN-12).
4. Open the valve completely.
5. Press the “Start/Pause” button (9).
– The cycle starts.
– The “Start/Pause” indicator (10) lights
up permanently.
– The remaining cycle time is shown in the
display (3).
– The door is locked.
Suspending and continuing
the cycle
Please note that a long pause can affect the
wash result, as the soapy water cools down.
• If you want to stop the cycle, for example
to put in additional washing, press the
“Start/Pause” button (9).
The “Start/Pause” indicator (10) will flash
during the interruption.
Depending on the cycle’s progress, the
door will either be released or remain
locked.
• Press the “Start/Pause” button (9) again
to continue the cycle.
Suspending/altering the cycle
1. Turn the cycle selector (2) to “Off” to can-
cel an active cycle or to select an alterna-
tive cycle.
This will stop the cycle.
2. Use the cycle selector (2) to select any
cycle.
The soapy water will now be drained.
3. Use the cycle selector (2) to select a new
cycle and add detergent if required.
4. Start the new cycle with the “Start/Pause”
button (9).
