Safety notes:
• Read the operating instructions before you begin the installa-
tion. They contain information regarding the safe and proper
installation.
• All work on the shower may only be carried out in a de-ener-
gized state!
• Wear safety clothes during the installation.
• Do not work near open light or flames
.
• The ambient temperature must not exceed 50 °C.
• The product must only be used for bathing, hygiene and body
cleansing purposes.
• Children as well as adults with physical, mental or sensoric
limitations must not use this product without direct supervision.
This product may not be used by persons under the influence
of alcohol or drugs.
• The shower jets must not come into contact with sensitive body
parts (such as the eyes). There should be a sufficient clearance
between the shower and the body.
Electrical connection:
• All installation and inspection procedures must be carried out
by an approved electrician and in accordance with VDE 0100
Part 701 and IEC 60364-7-701. The potential equalisation must
be provided on site.
• Preinstall current supply 230V/N/PE/50Hz (3x1.5 mm² length
0.5 m).
• For electrical installation, all applicable VDE, country-specific
and EVU regulations in their respectively valid versions must
be observed.
• The fusing must be conducted via a fault power protection unit
(RCD/FI) with a measuring differential power of ≤ 30 mA.
• All metal parts of the PB must be connected to the potential
equalisation.
• The power box must be installed in protection area 2.

Installation instructions
• All components must remain accessible.
• During the product installation by skilled expert personnel you
must ensure that the mounting surface in its entirety is even (no
protruding tiles or tile offset) and that the wall mounting surface
is suitable for the installation of this product and does not feature
any weak areas.
• Rinse the entire installation as per DIN 1988 / EN 1717.
• The included screws and dowels are only suitable for concrete.
If you are using different wall materials, you must observe the
manufacturers' instructions for the dowels.
• The drain must be sufficiently dimensioned.
• Do not use silicone containing acetic acid.
• The pressure values between the cold and warm water connec-
tions must be compensated.
Installation
To install the ready-to-use set, you must first install the
RainBra
in Basic Set 15840180 and rinse all lines.
Installation steps

Figure 18: Pull the connecting cable (9-pin) into the empty conduit
by means of a cable retractor (EN25). The female end must point
in the direction of the TP, the male end toward the PB.
Figure 19: Pull the connecting cable (5-pin) into the empty conduit
by means of a cable retractor (EN20). The 5-pin end must be
pulled in through the empty conduit, the Chinch end will not fit
through the empty conduit.

Make chinch connections and connect the control cable (positive
line = red / black, ground line = red). The amplifier is turned on
and off by the touch panel via the control cable.
Cable assignment:
Red = Ground (Ground shield)
Red / black = Switching voltage (Remote)
White = Audio left (Input left)
White / black = Audio right (Input right)
Figure 21: Remove the protective caps from the plugs. Connect the
connecting cable and the audio cable with the amplifier for speakers.
Press the retaining clips of the touch panel into the holder.

Note:
It is recommended to store music on the memory
card before using the touch panel. Clarify which titles are
to be stored with your customers.

Disassembly
(Fig. F and G page 89)
1. Position a screwdriver into the notch below the display.
2nd Lightly drive the display toward the front until you can safely
grasp the display with your fingers. Do not turn the screwdriver to
the side, as this may damage the display.
Third Pull the display forward using your hands.
4. Reattach the retaining clips to the display.
The delivery scope includes a CD-ROM with all of the documen-
tation as well as installation instructions. You can obtain printouts
of all instructions in writing upon request.
